Kevin De Bruyne’s football journey began in the youth academy of KVV Drongen. He quickly progressed through the ranks and signed his first professional contract with Genk in Belgium. He was then loaned to Werder Bremen before signing with VfL Wolfsburg in Germany in 2014.
